What is your return policy?
Unused and unworn items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Sale items and promotional items are nonreturnable. If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, less any shipping and handling fees, within ten (10) business days of receipt, except during and after the holiday season, during which time return processing may take up to fifteen (15) business days. Include a copy of the original order form in the return package. Indicate on the form the reason for the return. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Do you ship internationally?
We do! We ship worldwide via USPS International Mail. Shipping rates range between $20 and $45 USD. What's the transit time? Generally, international orders spend 10-20 business days in transit.
How do I return my order if I ordered from outside the US?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept returns for unused merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order. International customers must cover return shipping cost. Sale items are not returnable.
